Established in 15th, February, 1977
Aim towards a Kanagawa open to the world and linked to the world, the foundation was set up with the aim of promoting international exchange and cooperation between citizens and regions, working towards heightening awareness of global citizenship and implementing a multicultural, harmonious society, developing international human resources and providing information, improving the welfare of prefectural citizens, as well as contributing to world peace and development.
